At Britsch Appraisals, our focus is on getting you the appraisal report you need to close your loan quickly and with confidence.  Our report turnaround is usually within 2 to 3 business days after the property inspection. 

EDI delivery of appraisal reports requires only that you have an e-mail address, a color printer and Adobe Acrobat (or other software that will read a .pdf file).  Through EDI, you can receive your reports within minutes of completion. 

We also offer a full range of residential real estate appraisal services, so you and your borrowers don't pay for more services than you need.

We offer drive-by reports (exterior only), the standard URAR forms, FHA appraisals, and both field and desk reviews.

Our appraisal fees are competitive, especially given our commitment to technology.

For lenders that require insurance, we carry $1 million in E&O coverage through an A-rated carrier.
